Vicky, Fuquay Varina,
After trying to get numerous companies to give us a bid to refinish our Fuquay Varina deck we got very frustrated because no one wanted to strip it or couldn't guarantee it could be stripped. Apparently the Sikkens stain a previous painter had applied is extremely difficult to remove. Bob from Cary Deck Restoration not only stripped the existing finish off and made the deck flooring look new again, our custom railing he built makes the deck so much more attractive.
Bob from Cary Deck Restoration and his crew did a deck cleaning and deck staining for our Cary deck about 2 years ago and we were amazed how they were able to bring it back to life. Bob was referred to us by a neighbor. There were a few loose boards that we didn't even discuss on the estimate that they just repaired them by installing screws. They were in and out in 2 days. We did have to wait a few days for the weather to be dry for them to stain it. We had them back last year to pressure wash our house and the deck still looks great. I would highly recommend them. A few of the other estimates we got from other deck companies were a bit lower and one was higher but feel like we got a better job at a more reasonable price.

Bob Anderson of Cary Deck Restoration restored our large (700 sq. ft.) 23 year old pressure treated pine deck recently in North Raleigh. Bob and his crew applied a chemical finish remover, pressured washed under low pressure, applied a brightener, set all the nails, sanded the handrails and power sanded the deck floor boards. They then applied a high quality oil based sealer to all surfaces. I believe they used TWP 200 deck stain in two coats. Our Raleigh deck looks better than new. We were very satisfied with the work they did and would highly recommend them.
